• Complete your purchase: Add your desired backpack to your cart and proceed to checkout.
• Receive purchase instructions: Detailed instructions will be sent to you via email after your purchase.
• Make payment: Follow the provided instructions to make your payment.
• We’ll start making your backpack: Once we receive visible proof of your payment, we’ll begin making and preparing your backpack for shipment to your address.

Bank Transfer: You can make your payment by directly transferring the amount to our designated bank account

KEKS Pay

• For Croatia: The shipping cost is 6€
• For EU shipping: The shipping cost is 15€

Please note that all our products are MADE TO ORDER. Once you make a purchase, we will begin crafting and preparing your backpack, which usually takes 1-3 weeks.

Due to a high number of orders, the waiting period can sometimes be longer, but after you place your order we will contact you with the expected completion time.

Packages within Croatia are shipped via DPD with tracking and delivery confirmation.
International orders are shipped using the reliable services of Croatian Post, and include tracking and delivery confirmation for your peace of mind.
